We are foodies through and through. From our youth spent in kitchens learning to cook from our grandmas and moms to our years in the restaurant industry, our life has always revolved around making good food that makes people happy. We were the husband and wife team who had everyone over for Holidays and special events. We took our love for making people feel welcome in our home and decided to share it with the rest of our community. That's why we strive to make our food remind you of a family get-together.

Smoke meat every day! Taste the very best of New Mexico and Texas in our family-owned food trailer located on the West side of El Paso, Texas. Don't miss our delicious El Paso style barbecue. Get any of our smoked meats prepared in a style uniquely Chuco. Like our red chili rubbed smoked brisket quesadillas, or if you're looking for something sweet, our Concha Bread Pudding made with fresh whipped cream & candied pecans will definitely knock your socks off. We have different options, from pickup and takeout to online ordering and delivery. We also have private catering, special events, and employee appreciation menus available.
