Rented a chainsaw today for $75. The guy at the desk knew nothing about chainsaws. We had to ask for an extra chain, which is standard in tool rental business. We mentioned the shitty, dull blade....

Second time that the equipment reserved was not available when arrived at the Round Rock location. Verified the day before and arrived to find it not available! So don't bother using them to rent...
