Susan Hill started in the Real Estate business in 1985 and soon found herself specializing in the listing and sale of lender owned properties. In 2007 she opened Hill Group Real Estate Services, a family owned and operated Company. She and her team have sold in excess of 5000 properties over the past 29 years. Although specializing in lender owned properties, and short sales, Hill Group also caters to individual homeowners helping them sell their existing homes, find new ones, and put their financing in place.
