BEWARE. This location closes its doors a whole hour early for "clean up" what's the point of saying the business hours are until 9pm?! I don't understand

They supposedly close at 9. We arrived at 8:35 and the door was locked and the employees refused to serve us. I understand if someone arrives with 2 minutes to spare, but these lazy employees...
