Never seemed to have a problem with this story until my family and I came in 40 minutes before closing and a young lady was very rude to us banging the oven as she shut it and a very bad attitude....

I ordered my food to go. My pretzel dipper was served burnt. The choice of "dip" I chose for it was cheddar cheese which was served to me cold not heated at all. Rude service

Don't think I'll be back. I've been maybe 3 times because it's within walking distance of my work and convenient for lunch. But today I went and the customer service wasn't only awful but was...

Slow service two guys but only one working, and they made sandwiches for people to pick up, but attend the customers on site first smh
