No greeting or smile when I entered, so I give my order for a baja chicken sandwich which was the deal of the day. Employee didn't ask if I wanted cheese (she gave none) or if I wanted it toasted...

Ordered two sandwiches. Bread, rock hard, my veggie sandwich was turkey and cheese. How can you be this bad at making a sandwich? Called and complained, they called me back EIGHT TIMES. haha this...

Worst subway i have ever ordered from. Ordered 1 footlong and 2 wraps. Received call they had no steak. Canceled the 2 wraps then they called back again saying they have enough for one wrap....

the bread was stiff and chewy like a rubber, It was Italian herb and cheese. I think they use old bread. Just got sandwich today afternoon, got home and cursed myself for going to this place....
