To start off this is the second time this has happened, but there is a sign on the door periodically throughout the day reading "be back in 20 minute." when I have already made an online order....

Never come back here! Marcela (I do not even know if that is her name since she does not have a tag with her name on it) is the worse employee. Very rude does not have any skills of costume...
