Subway is Subway ... pick your buns, meat, veggies, sauce etc. done! this place was close by and we're on a diet so I went to pick up a foot long to share with the wifey. got the grilled chicken...

So reached out to Subway corporate, to give them a heads up on service out in the field, guess they could care less. This canned response doesn't even fit the situation. Laughable!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to order my sandwich and the man did NOT speak English so communication was little to none but got my sandwich done. As I was about to pay I saw a COCKROACH...

Still don't know how to make a "boss" sandwich from menu. It's just absurd. There was two workers this time
