Greg started Prime Landscape in 1990 after working in the construction trades and building supply businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic, and drive propelled his business from a 3 man operation to a multi-million dollar company with a payroll of over 100 peak season employees. Greg is one of the rare business owners who has had hands-on experience in every aspect of his business and continues to manage it with a hands-on approach, maintaining an intimate knowledge of all operations. Providing the highest level of customer service is the foundation on which he built his company and he continues to maintain contact with a large segment of the clientele. Greg has a BS in Biology from the University of Texas in Arlington and is a State Licensed Irrigator and State Licensed Backflow Tester. Whenever we can tear Greg away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family, building and racing cars, water sports, and fishing. John has 26 years experience in the green industry both as an owner and manager. His qualifications include an Associates in Applied Science Horticulture degree from Tarrant County College, Texas Licensed Irrigator, Texas Department of Agriculture Certified Applicator, Texas Nursery and Landscape Association Certified Landscape Professional, and Certified Aquascape Contractor. John has been the General Manager at Prime Landscape since 2005. John assists in both the day to day operational decisions as well as strategic planning for all areas of the business, including irrigation and plant health management practices, landscape design and construction practices, marketing, and organizational strategies. When John's not working at the office or in his own garden, he enjoys travelling in his RV to hike, kayak, hunt, and fish or bird with his wife. Kent has worked in the green industry since 1985. His resume includes several years as a successful owner/operator, Maintenance Manager, Landscape Construction Superintendant, and Operations Manager before coming on board with Prime Landscape in 2005. Kent has oversight of the scheduling and routing of the maintenance crews, equipment and purchasing decisions, and quality control. Many of our clients have had long term relationships with Kent and he always finds a way to put customer relations ahead of any day to day operations issues. Kent enjoys hunting, fishing, putting his kids through college, and the occasional trip to the Horse Races! Mark has over 20 years experience in the green industry.
