Fix rodent problem. There was rodent droppings through out my unit. Front desk customer service was horrible. The lady yelled at me for voicing my frustration about the rodent droppings.

Worst storage facility around. They will lock your unit and never unlock it, even after paying up your fees. They're never at the facility. Never answer the phone. Once you get the on the line...
