When painting the exterior of your home, power washing is an effective way to clean the outside before painting. A mixture of bleach and TSP (tri-sodium phosphate) along with water is the best solution to remove mold, mildew, dirt, and chalking that may exist on the exterior of your home. If the paint on your Dallas or Fort Worth home is loose or peeling, a lot of that will be removed as well. There will be some loose paint left behind that will have to be hand scraped. Some hand sanding may also be required.
