Stilwell Retirement Residence

Founded in 1964, Stilwell Retirement Residence is a nonprofit, independent living center that serves retired educators. The center offers accommodation services to elderly teachers and their spouses. Its services include full-course dining and housekeeping and maintenance. The center features a garden patio, beauty salon, workshop, chapel, large-print library, guest room and storage units. It is equipped with a 24-hour emergency system with remote control and also offers cable TV, telephone and laundry services. Stilwell Retirement Residence maintains a location in Waco, Texas. It is owned and operated by the Texas Retired Teachers Residence Corporation, a nonprofit organization. The center operates Library and Stilwell s Endowment Funds.
