Why on earth do you make it impossible to reach someone? Used to be able to talk to someone when I called. Now, no matter the reason, we're forced to wait forever for a callback? Shame on you.

Not sure about the competence of the Dr., but the staff are frighteningly incompetent and unprofessional. In the end I decided to go out of town rather than risk using this practice.
