Customer service is horrible. Young lady took 5 mins to even acknowledge me or to at least say hello. It took another 5 mins to get my drink! Definitely won't be back. Starbucks across the street...

I have been to 100's of Starbucks. This has to be the worst visit I have ever had. My wife stopped me so I wouldn't make a scene. I should have ask for my money back but she talked me out of it....

disappointing experience. Reviews say it all. Won't be going back. i don't understand why management doesn't get it. Where do they get these people? too many other options, we'll stick to Bears...

7:36 am. I come to this Starbucks at least 4 times a week. Today no dark roast. They replaced it with a medium roast called Odyssey. Not sure why. I'll have to find a different Starbucks.

The basic customer service is horrible. They have no idea that they should greet customers. If I wasn't doing DoorDash I would walk back out. Saying hello is easy
