I ask for a hot matcha tea and had chunks of powder and bitter was told that it was normal. I also order ice latte and the same results bitter!!

My experience here has been quite good & professional. All of my orders were correct & fast. The staff speak so fast! They seemed energized to get us our energy boosts!! I would except no less...
