Way too slow. Wanted cup of black coffee, no room. Had to wait about ten minutes. Very sad....need express lane for pure coffee drinkers who like coffee and not a bunch of syrups! Twice before...

It's a shame that I can only give this Starbucks one star. I go often to this Tom Thumb location. I have no issues with Tom Thumb but the employees that work at this Starbuck location are rude...

My drink wasn't filled all the way and I don't mean by a little. There was at least 3cm of air on the top.
