The lady working didn't greet us at all. I asked for a decaf drip coffee, emphasized decaf several times and she didn't even give me decaf. Then tried to give me a shot of espresso decaf... what??...

I enjoy SB. I would like to see some additional sugar free syrup choices like hazelnut for sure. We are a country that needs to reduce sugar intake & more availability of choices will help.
