I love Starbucks and they are great however the two employees at this location suck! I asked about a promotion that's happening and got only got half of the information to be able to get the deal....

Unfortunately, service here has severely declined recently. I came here around 9am on a Saturday morning and no one was behind the counter working, but I saw someone walk away so I waited figuring...

They didn't have any black tea, food, expresso, whipped cream... nothing! And the barista showed up in her sleep bonnet and pajamas.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks of all time. The SLOWEST service and the staff doesn't even acknowledge when you're waiting. To top it off, they are constantly out of coffee/ syrup staples so...
