This look like it has sweet cream a horchata foam that we paid extra for on top of it? if you can't tell no it doesn't. this location is awful. they mess up every order

I call all time cause they mess up my order every time and it's so annoying. My little kid says that the cake pops are trash and cold. And the place has spiders.
