Customer service NEEDS a lot of work. I can't speak for all employees of this location but I did order with a girl I believe she was the manager (curly hair glasses)... anyways she was VERY RUDE....

I came in with 4 kids for a summer treat! I ordered 4 different fraps "decaf" and when they came out, the caramel frap was milky white. I asked her if that was a different one on my order...

The one employee working was terribly rude to those who weren't her regulars. You'll wait until they are al served before you even place your order, as they go straight to the pick up counter.
