Starbucks

I've been to this Starbucks a few times. It's gotten better. For the last few times, they have had new employees constantly. And sometimes, the drinks are good, but they are on the busier side...

Convenient location to stop by when in Uptown and the Crescent hotel. The holiday drinks and sweets are out now (early November). The staff is really friendly and accommodating!

I had such a lovely experience this morning!! The two gentlemen greeted me really warm & authentically, I wish I asked their names. Went above & beyond with my drink, gave me a trenta ice water...

They do not honor the Starbucks rewards... not even give rewards in your account What's the purpose of having a rewards program if you don't honor it???

Terrible staff. I came in this morning to purchase a traveler, and an employee (older woman with dark hair and an accent) rudely shook her head no and said "24 hours". 24 hours to brew coffee??...
