Jessie was very smart, informative, helpful, and pretty :). She updated My daughter's phone for her (2 updates) and made sure everything was perfect and she was happy. Very pleasant experience.

Not very chaotic for a Sprint! They are helpful and honest The one on 59 has INSANE wait times!! Even with an appointment!
