Performing Arts Supply Company offers a vast collection of stage costumes collected over the last thirty years. We coordinate the costumes for hundreds of dramas, musicals, operas, film and television productions each year. Newly designed and built costumes are constantly added to our ever growing stock. All costumes are built in the "Broadway Style" with multiple layers and stays for durability and with authenticity as the goal. Our reputation and good will have helped us maintain long-term relationships with our customers. Referrals from satisfied clients continue to broaden our customer base. Our retail store, costume workshop and climate controlled warehouse are based in Houston, Texas, but we ship complete shows across the U.S. Bonnie Holt Ambrose, head costume designer at Performing Arts, will specially design and build new shows for customers desiring an original look for their next production. Her shows have been produced at the Wortham Theatre Center, Houston, Texas to the Buxton Opera House, Buxton, England and all points in between. We are the primary costumers for the Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Houston, Texas and we have been fortunate to work with many of the G&S performing societies throughout the U.S. Our skilled staff works with each director to achieve the mood, period, and over-all look that sets the stage for a successful production. Rental rates are reasonable whether for one week or two months. We will ship your costume show anywhere in the world. All shows arrive five to seven days early and may be shipped back two days after the last show. There is no charge for photo call costumes when an entire show is rented.
