Spice Creek

I've had such a positive experience with my lease here at Spice Creek. Anytime I've had to put in a maintenance requests it's taken care of right away and the all the staff here is so friendly....

I was so excited to move here, with the cheaper lease and sweet staff at the time along with FREE quest parking. Then months into my lease the staff changed and things went horribly downhill...

The pool is never open, maintenance is incredibly slow to resolve problems and guest parking is way too expensive

Absolutely hate these apartments, I was showed the model room and it looked okay. But don't be fooled!!! The staff can be nice but just know management always changes, it's not a set staff. BUUUT...

TERRIBLE!! Day of receiving my keys they said they had to move me to a different apartment because the one I purchased was roach infested. it is now hours later in my new apartment and ive killed...
