I am giving then 1 star cause that's what they deserve none. When you contact them for a case they talk a big game and all that crap. But when it comes down to it they are like most all lawyers...

Hours are wrong, very hard to actually contact a live person regarding your claim. I do believe their actual work is good, but they can always improve upon communication.
