Terrible company. They overcharge you and take money from you when you haven't even used their service. Customer service can never help you. This is why AT&T is a better company.

DO NOT go to the Spectrum store in the 11000 block of Bandera Road. They will let you come in, let you sign in, and then tell you "sorry, we're closing". Hey, I desperately needed a new iPhone....
