Worst service and randomly increased monthly rate from $77 to $95 and service only gets worse. Cant wait to get starlink. Highly recommend NOT using spectrum for wifi

Service is not reliable. They surveil your web activity. You have to get "permission" to use a router. Terrible, I wish I never signed up
