History
Virginia became aware of the disadvantages of working for large spas, including inflexibility with client schedules, working hours which affect quality of service, and corporate unwillingness to update techniques. With encouragement and support from family, she started the spa in 2013, opening a second spa near the Galleria in 2014. She has succeeded by focusing on quality of service and schedule flexibility for her customers.
