Southminster School

Southminster School is a private school that works to develop intellectual, spiritual and physical skills in children. The school serves students in kindergarten through grade five. It also includes a preschool that provides a variety of learning programs and services for children from the age of 18 weeks. In operation since 1991, Southminster School operates a library and media center that includes a collection of books, resource materials and reference sets. The school s facility also features a computer laboratory, music room and the Science Discovery Center. It conducts instructive classes in Spanish, music and physical education. Southminster School is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The school is located in Missouri City, Texas.
