History

We opened our doors in July 2020 in historic downtown Montgomery. Our bridal consignment shop features wedding dresses, wedding party attire (mother of the bride and flower girl) as well as bridal accessories such as veils, jewelry, and shoes. As every loyal Maid of Honor does, I went to store after store trying to help my sister find her dream dress on a very strict budget. It was very difficult, almost impossible! As a resale shopper enthusiast myself, the idea just came to me..... what if I could help brides sell their 'once loved' wedding dress to recoup some of their money (we all know how expensive weddings are!) and also provide a place for brides-to-be to find an affordable dress. And thus, Southern Belle Bridal Consignment was born. My hope is that this shop will be a place where every bride on every budget can have an intimate shopping experience.
