great service, friendly car hops. food is good. not sure why so many bad reviews. really love their slushes. and the app makes it such a breeze to order. almost too easy....LOL

Waited 10-15 minutes and no one helped me. Hit the button two different times. Not sure what was going on, saw two different employees. Finally left.

The service fucking sucks. Order ahead isn't even a thing. Been waiting for almost 30 mins. Apparently my order didn't pop up for them BUT when we arrived my husbands name popped up on the stall...

I don't write many reviews, I'm very compliant and try not to get heated over silly mistakes. We're all human! But...this Sonic is abysmal. Out of the 5 times I've visited here in the past 2...

absolutely not worth the time this is the third time i've been ignored by staff not only on their phones but walking out and about with eachother just talking and giggling
