1. Wait on the first person at the cash register, not the one with the most items. You know who you are. 2. Greet ALL customers. 3. Customers don't need to hear non-business conversation.

The shipping can be faster. 10 business days to get my order is ridiculous and the 2 items I order are shipped using USPS and UPS. Why not 1 box and 1 tracking service. I'm not a happy customer...
