3 hour wait for 10 min problem. The people do the best they can but only 2 people servicing citizens. 5 interview desks vacant no one there. I guess the are busy handing out SSA cards for illegals.

Can never get anyone to actually talk to. Unable to wear mask due to medical condition. Trying to do this online is very frustrating. About ready to call my congressman to complain.
