Laura Dominguez, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in voice care. She is one of few laryngologists in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, meaning she has specialty training in voice and swallow issues. Dr. Laura Dominguez offers in-office voice treatments for hoarse voice, like treatment of vocal cord paralysis, botox injection for spasmodic dysphonia or other overactive larynx issues, and has a special interest in chronic cough. She has numerous publications and maintains an active presence in the American Academy of Otolaryngology.
