History

The idea came about when two chefs with 30+ collective years in the business decided to start a fundraiser to benefit first-responders during the COVID-19 pandemic. The BBQ spoke for itself, and Smoke Bros. was destined to happen.

We specialize in all things BBQ. We are a locally-owned chef-driven food-truck providing a fun, funky, seasonal, rotating BBQ-centric menu done the right way.
