They allowed my service dog and I inside. We got tobacco, and water. I haven't eaten from a Smiley's location. However, the gas prices are higher than most other stores.

This place sells overpriced products! Their ice cream is sold for twice its cost in other stores. The cashier won't even offer to give you your receipt. Not very friendly staff.
