Horrible. I went in to get a perm and i told the woman i wanted tight curls and i walked out with damn near straight hair after a hour of her making up excuses while she was trying to perm my hair...

Unhappy... my 80 year old mother was denied service today they told her she was racist and they did not tolerate racism. Her request was to have a caucasian operator, she always makes this...
