History

Jimmy Baba established Skyline Deli in 1994 and has succeeded in developing his idea of serving high quality food at reasonable prices. Today the business has expanded to over 10 locations throughout Houston's first class office buildings. Skyline Deli remains locally headquartered here in Houston and is setting the bar for optimal quality food and exceptional service. With it's innovative dynamic store design, Skyline Deli's offer a variety of gourmet deli items targeted exclusively with the customer in mind offering efficient service, quality and value to each of it's customers.
