Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, this 700 acre horse ranch has a little western town called Kickback Flats that includes an authentic Texas saloon called Sniffy's. This is where your meals will be served. Our elegantly rustic guesthouses have screened in porches, can sleep up to six of your group or just two if a quiet getaway is what you seek. A little more luxurious, our Sedona Suite for two adults is located above the barn and offers a panoramic view of all the horses playing in their paddocks.
