I haven't used them yet, but the scheduling process on the phone is absolutely BRUTAL!! First off, none of the operators have English as their first language, so it's extremely hard to understand...

The wait once checked in wasn't long. Made sure you didn't have anything that would be an issue in the MRI. They were fast, friendly, made sure you were comfortable and professional!
