Sigma Counseling is a mental health provider located in Carrollton, TX. We are easily accessible off of George Bush Turnpike and have parking available on site. We provide mental health and substance abuse counseling both in person and virtually (for Texas residents) and comply and our programs are compliance with CPS, court ordered mandates, and pretrial preparations.
