Shirin Amlani DO

Board certified in family medicine, as well as sports medicine, Dr. Nguyen treats patients ages 6 and older. She provides care for sports related injuries, such as strains, pulls and concussions, as well as wellness and preventive medicine. Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal injury management, return to sport and exercise management, joint injections and ultrasound-guided procedures, in addition to nutritional counseling and weight management. Additionally, she provides care for acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension and provides exercise prescriptions.

With over 20 years in private practice, Dr. Gossard values a holistic approach to patient care, as an illness or condition often involves more than just the physical symptoms. Thorough and caring, she asks her patients about their concerns and what’s going on their lives. It’s because of these shared stories that she sees her role as a physician as a privilege – patients let her into their lives and trust her to help manage their disease process and improve their quality of life.

Charles “Chase” Whitehead IV, MD, is a family medicine physician serving patients of all ages. A graduate of the McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), Dr. Whitehead completed his residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency in Houston. Because he was inspired by his doctors as a child and teenager, Dr. Whitehead chose to become a physician. Dr. Whitehead treats a variety of conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and acute care. His clinical interests include diabetes and all types of sports injuries.
