Customer service was poor, the lady at the counter was acting annoyed while I ordered. She even rolled her eyes and sighed out loud when I asked her for another donut.

The Ella location is the oldest Shipleys in Houston and they serve the freshest donuts in Texas. You can't go wrong day or night ordering fresh glazed and letting the wonderful sugar drip down...
