I write this as someone that grew up spoiled by Shipleys. I grew up in the Monroe, LA area, which had one of the very original Shipley's franchises. Those donuts were like crack cocaine....

All the new ownership has ruined the product and the exaggerated prices make it a "F T S" pass it by. $12.50 for a dozen? ITS REALLY NOT WORTH IT! Stay healthy and save your money. 6am and all...
