Vincent went out of his way to help me multiple times this week. He took the time to get me a list of the colors my builder used, got me my paint and carried the paint out to my car.

Two people mixing paint totally ignored us (even though they kept looking at us), and the guy on the floor helped someone buy paintbrushes and didn't even look over. It was like we were invisible...

Incredibly rude customer service when asking for paint. Clearly the guy didn't want to work there today.
