Shepherd Middle School

Shepherd High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. It offers academic programs in language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school additionally offers classes in business education, U.S. history, and health and physical education. Shepherd High School has an athletics department that offers a variety of sports activities, such as softball, baseball, tennis, volleyball, football, basketball, and track and field. It supports several organizations that include the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and Future Farmers of America (FFA), as well as choir and yearbook clubs. In addition, the school operates a summer school that conducts classes in economics and world geography and history. Shepherd High School is located in Shepherd, Texas, and is a part of the Shepherd Independent School District.
