Sheila Rastegari, DO

After earning his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Dr. Nelson completed his internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. When not caring for patients, Dr. Nelson enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter Caroline. He also enjoys fishing, golfing, and traveling.

Dr. Treneth Baker is Chief of General Surgery at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. After graduating from medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas in 1995, Dr. Baker attended Baylor College of Medicine to complete his internship in General Surgery. In 2000, Dr. Baker completed his residency in General Surgery at the college. Dr. Baker is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the DeBakey International Surgical Society. When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Baker enjoys playing piano, exercising and spending time with his children.

Lavender Muirhead, APRN, FNP-C, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. With a genuine desire to help her patients, Lavender treats a range of conditions, including acute ailments like upper respiratory infections, genitourinary infections, muscular sprains and strains, and chronic conditions like hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, COPD, and more. She performs annual physicals and sports physicals. Her clinical interests include pediatrics, geriatrics, and women's health. She is fluent in English and Swahili. Lavender is an advocate of preventive medicine and passionate about educating patients on lifestyle modifications and sustainable wellness habits to mitigate pain and illness. She is a member of the Houston Area Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioners.
