Everything is made daily from scratch. My freezer is empty and there are no cans in my kitchen. All my food is prepared to order in an open kitchen. I do sell tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos but I make some great burgers, bbq sandwiches, hand cut fries and beer battered onion rings. On Saturdays I run a special which is down home country cooking.
