Shaolin Do School of Martial Arts

History

Senior Master Joe Schaefer taught Shaolin Do in San Marcos beginning in 1995-2004. In 2004 he granted a group of his students the right to create an official San Marcos Shaolin Do school. Master Sean O' Brien oversees the curriculum at the school under the authority of Senior Master Joe Schaefer. The School is owned by Sifu George Lingenfelter and Sifu Terence Ziskowski.

Specialties

We specialize in Shaolin Kung Fu from all of the Shaolin Temples. We have over a hundred open hand and weapon fighting styles and more than 900 forms encompassing both internal and external fighting systems. Grand Maste Sin Kwang The' is the third generation Grand Master from the Fukien Temple. Grand Master Sin opened the first school in America in 1968 and lives in Lexington Kentucky. Senior Master Joe Schaefer and Master Sean O Brein over see the student curriculum at the San Marcos location. Shaolin Do School of Martial Arts has been serving San Marcos since 1995.
