Shailen Mhapsekar, MD

Dr. Mhapsekar was born in India and raised in Canada. He was first exposed to health care when his father underwent open heart surgery. That particular experience inspired him to pursue a medical career, especially after he realized that his father's doctors played an i Diabetes, geriatrics and obesity are Dr. Mhapsekar's top clinical interests. His favorite aspect of serving as a medical doctor is motivating his patients to understand their illnesses and helping them implement the right lifestyle changes.
